Key Responsibilities

  2. Perform claim processing by validating accuracy and ensuring timely execution.

  3. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance with company policies.

  4. Month-End Closing Support

  5. Assist in month-end activities, including posting journal vouchers for accruals and closing entries.

  6. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to accounting standards.

  7. Reporting and Trade Spend Tracking

  8. Prepare and maintain reports related to trade spend, promotional activities, and tracking of the expenses.

  9. Account Management

  10. Act as SPOC for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.

Support internal and external stakeholders with financial queries related to trade spend and claims

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in FMCG or similar industries.
  • Open for New grads
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end closing processes.
  • Good command of English
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
