Logistics Associate - Planning

As theLogistics Associate you will:

  • Manage and supervise 3PLs (warehouse, domestic transportation, customs brokerage) to meet company standards and KPIs.
  • Monitor and control shipments, inventory, receiving, deliveries, and returns in line with policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Partner with Demand & Supply Planning to address inventory risks (OOS, obsolescence, quality, and new product transitions).
  • Collaborate with Sales Support and Accounting on O2C processes.
  • Oversee all customs‑related activities and supervise the customs broker to ensure smooth clearance.
  • Manage excise tax stamp purchasing and delivery plans in line with sales forecasts at an optimal level.
  • Prepare tax stamp rework plans and labor cost reports for Accounting.
  • Coordinate timely stamp purchases; work with Finance on excise tax payments; collect, deliver, and export stamps to the overseas factory.
  • Provide annual stamp usage estimates to Global Tax and CA&C, and tax payment plans to Treasury.
  • Verify e‑Excise values (via Excise application); reconcile stamp usage and balances with the factory; identify risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare prepaid excise tax stamp reports for Accounting.
  • Support Global Tax on annual Tax Refund requests (request by Global Tax; submission by CA&C).
  • Lead the project, coordinating all functions to launch on time and to standard.
  • Design warehouse operating processes (safety, security, quality) aligned with JTI standards.
  • Supervise the project working team to operate T&T as per warehouse processes.
  • Prepare the Logistics budget for Finance.
  • Collaborate with Global Logistics and GBS on freight and carrier selection.
  • Act as key contact for the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Handle BAP/MEMO requests for warehouse and transport activities.
  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics operations (warehousing, transportation, customs) and inventory management; experience working with 3PLs.
  • Experience with excise tax stamp management, import permits, and customs processes is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in ERP and logistics systems (Logistics, Warehouse, Order management, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP)
  • Detail‑oriented, analytical, and disciplined in compliance and documentation.
  • Native Thai, Intermediate English
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills; ability to work under time pressure and manage competing priorities.
