About the role
Exciting opportunity for a seasoned Restaurant Captain to join the dynamic team at X-Sea Khanom Harbor Bay Resort. As the Restaurant Captain, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. In this full-time role, you will be based in our beautiful resort in Nakhon Si Thammarat.
What you'll be doing
- Overseeing the daily operations and service of the resort's restaurants
- Ensuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Managing and training a team of servers, hosts, and support staff
- Coordinating with the kitchen team to deliver seamless table service
- Handling customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints effectively
- Maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and managing restaurant budgets
- Implementing and enforcing restaurant policies and procedures
- Contributing to the development of new menu items and dining experiences
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of managing a high-performing restaurant team and delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, inventory management, and budgeting
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience
