Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with end-users to understand business needs, pain points, and objectives.
  • Review existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
  • Analyze business problems and propose suitable IT solutions.
  • Translate user requirements into clear documentation such as Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, or User Stories for the development team.
  • Assist in designing system workflows, processes, and system diagrams to support development.
  • Communicate and clarify requirements to developers to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and remove development blockers.
  • Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and coordinate with all stakeholders.
  • Provide project status reports and updates to management.
  • Conduct system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
  • Analyze system performance and suggest enhancements to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Prepare user guides, training materials, and documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide post-implementation support.
  • Act as the primary contact for issues during and after system rollout.

Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to analyze business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
  • Good understanding of software development concepts, system workflows, and IT solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with end-users, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, coordinate tasks, and handle multiple stakeholders.
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Project Coordinator is highly desirable.
  • Good knowledge of testing processes (System Testing, UAT).
  • Ability to prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions.
