About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner (Operations) to manage HR operations across all factory locations. This role will cover the full HRM cycle, ensuring consistent policies, employee engagement, performance management, and operational excellence across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main HRBP for all factory locations, supporting management and employees in day-to-day HR matters.
  • Oversee the full HRM cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and retention.
  • Partner with factory management to implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor HR metrics, identify trends, and propose solutions to improve workforce productivity, engagement, and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal standards across all factories.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs for supervisors and managers to strengthen operational management skills.
  • Manage employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and provide coaching to line managers.
  • Support change management initiatives and HR projects across multiple sites.
  • Maintain HR systems, data accuracy, and reporting for all factories.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or garment/fashion industry.
  • Experience in multi-site HR operations and full-cycle HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in Thailand.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work strategically while managing operational HR tasks across multiple locations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to fast-paced manufacturing environments.
