To oversee and coordinate production activities, ensuring that all processes, equipment, and personnel comply with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements. The Production Supervisor drives teams to achieve KPIs in terms of Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost as per company requirements. This role also leads problem-solving efforts and ensures balanced contribution from the team while supporting continuous improvement initiatives to meet site objectives.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure operators and subordinates perform tasks according to established standards.
• Summarize and report work results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to supervisory management.
• Implement corrective actions as directed by the Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness of all relevant plant areas and equipment to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Ensure teams operate equipment and follow processes safely, in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and environmental requirements.
• Ensure team members understand and comply with company environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures, and align with site objectives.
• Monitor assigned processes and promptly report any irregularities or out-of-specification conditions to the supervisor for appropriate action.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisory management.

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Understanding of safety, quality, and environmental compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze production data and implement corrective actions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate in English.
