We are seeking a proactive and skilled
Senior Industrial Engineer
with 3–5 years of experience to support the continuous improvement of production processes, tools, and machinery within our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing production efficiency, ensuring equipment performance, and contributing to process improvement initiatives in line with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, operation, and optimization of machinery and tools used in the production process, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Analyze and improve production workflows to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
  • Design and implement effective production processes, monitor performance, and evaluate results to meet production targets.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through the evaluation, adjustment, and enhancement of machinery and automation systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and quality assurance to resolve technical issues and optimize processes.
  • Ensure that equipment and systems operate efficiently, reliably, and in compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial or food production environments.
  • Experienced in project management will be advantage
  • A team player with strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
