Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer questionnaires and inquiries with accurate technical information.
  • Provide quality-related technical guidance in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform and maintain risk assessments to proactively manage quality control.
  • Support the Management of Change (MOC) process by identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Prepare, finalize, and issue complaint reports to customers.
  • Oversee the renewal of company licenses and ensure ongoing product compliance with regulatory authorities, including the Thai FDA.
  • Manage product registration processes, maintaining up-to-date documentation to meet legal and customer requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and procedures in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies to secure product licenses, ensuring full legal compliance and alignment with company and customer needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed quality requirements throughout business operations.
  • Contribute to achieving company and quality objectives through proactive teamwork.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Global QA and Shared Services departments.
  • Conduct internal audits and inspections to verify adherence to quality standards.
  • Analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to strengthen the quality system.
  • Participate actively in company projects as assigned.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

MUST

  • Bachelor's degree in the food field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a QA position in the food industry
  • Knowledge of ISO9001, GMP/HACCP, FSSC22000
  • Extensive skills in Microsoft Office and SAP experience
  • Experience with HACCP analysis.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Knowledge of Halal, Kosher or Thai FDA regulation is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, reading and writing skills in both Thai and English.
