QUALIFICATION

  • Able to communicate with suppliers (local and international)

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Material procurement and follow up to factory delivery.

1.1.   Generate PO for approval and send to supplier for sample RM and tooling procurement

1.2.   Use IBM and WinDev system to create new PO and follow supplier delivery

1.3.   Track and record all procurement activity for engineering department.

2. Organize RM for sample goods and import.

2.1.   Prepare documentation for import folder to transfer to import service in supply chain department

2.2.   Develop good relationship with existing supplier and support sourcing activities.

  • Work 5 days, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
