Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify and expand new customer bases both domestically and internationally.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and industry trend evaluation to propose marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Technical teams to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Prepare reports and present marketing plans directly to the Managing Director.

Qualifications :

  • Male or Female
  • Aged 30 years and above.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing or in a managerial marketing position.
  • Experience in Cleanroom, Electronics, or Vacuum industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good command of English (spoken, written, and reading).
  • Own a personal car and be able to travel to meet clients.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, strategic thinking, and proactive working attitude.
