The Role

We are looking for a driven, science-minded Senior Product Development Executive who is passionate

about safe and effective formulation. In this role, you'll help develop and refine innovative

products for pregnant and nursing mamas and babies. You'll work hands-on in the lab and with

our factories to turn ideas into high-quality, safe products for families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the product strategy, including developing and maintaining the product roadmap and innovation initiatives, ensuring products resonate with target consumers.
  • Develop, test, and optimize cost-effective formulations that meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and factories to scale up production and resolve formulation or production challenges.
  • Conduct lab trials and oversee pilot runs across factories in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and China.
  • Source, evaluate, and test raw materials and packaging with suppliers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging ingredients, and formulation technologies.
  • Prepare clear documentation and reports on product trials, specifications, and production processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (FMCG/F&B industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong interest in formulation and R&D for food, baby care, or household products.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, in labs, and directly with factories.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Southeast Asia and China.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Thai is required; Mandarin is a plus.
