Responsibilities

1. Responsible for managing international import operations for both sea and air freight, covering the entire process from vessel arrival notification, document data entry in the system, D/O payment and exchange, to verifying and following up on documents from overseas agents.
2. Coordinate with customers, shipping companies, and shipping lines regarding import declaration documents, customs documentation preparation, tractor booking, and billing notifications to customers, as well as other related tasks.
3. Liaise with both export-side and import-side agents to assist customers in checking, correcting, and following up on the accuracy of shipping and import documents.
4. Monitor cargo clearance status, delivery arrangements, container returns, and continuously report progress updates to customers and agents.
5. Notify and update D/O document details for each shipping line to shipping companies and customers accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
2. 3–5 years of experience in sea freight import–export operations.
3. Knowledge of international trade procedures and customs regulations.
4. Basic English reading and writing skills; proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage.
5. Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills with the ability to solve problems independently.
6. Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure, and a good team player.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. รับผิดชอบการดำเนินงานนำเข้าสินค้าระหว่างประเทศทั้งทางทะเลและทางอากาศ ตั้งแต่กระบวนการแจ้งเรือนำเข้า การบันทึกข้อมูลเอกสารในระบบ การสั่งจ่ายและแลกเอกสาร D/O ตลอดจนการตรวจสอบและติดตามเอกสารจากเอเจนท์ฝั่งผู้ส่งออก
2. ประสานงานกับลูกค้า บริษัทชิปปิ้ง และสายเรือในเรื่องเอกสารใบขนสินค้า การจัดเตรียมเอกสารศุลกากร การจองรถหัวลาก และการแจ้งวางบิลให้ลูกค้า รวมถึงงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. ประสานงานกับเอเจนท์ทั้งฝั่งผู้ส่งออกและฝั่งผู้นำเข้า เพื่อช่วยลูกค้าในการตรวจสอบ แก้ไข และติดตามความถูกต้องของเอกสาร
4. ติดตามสถานะการตรวจปล่อยสินค้า การจัดส่งสินค้า การคืนตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ และรายงานความคืบหน้าให้ลูกค้าและเอเจนท์ทราบอย่างต่อเนื่อง
5. แจ้งและอัปเดตรายละเอียดเอกสาร D/O ของแต่ละสายเรือให้กับบริษัทชิปปิ้งและลูกค้าทราบอย่างถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาโลจิสติกส์ การค้าระหว่างประเทศ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการปฏิบัติการนำเข้า–ส่งออกทางเรือ 1–5 ปี หรือไม่มีประสบการณ์
3. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการค้าระหว่างประเทศและกฎหมายศุลกากร
4. ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษอ่าน–เขียนได้เบื้องต้น หากใช้ภาษาจีนได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
5. มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการบริการลูกค้าที่ดี สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้เอง
6. ทำงานละเอียด รอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบสูง สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน และทำงานเป็นทีมได้
7. มีความสามารถด้านภาษาจีนจะพิจรณาเป็นพิเศษ
