About the location:

Situated in the lush Mae Rim Valley, Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai is a haven of peace and luxury, just 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai city. Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai is looking for People and Culture Supervisor who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.  The position reports to the People and Culture Manager.

Work authorization for the location is required.  

What you will do:

Treat all employees in a friendly and courteous manner.

Process & keep confidential information without compromising the nature of the material and / or information.

Liaise and correspond with government agencies such as Labor Department, Social Security Office, Board of Investment (BOI), Immigration Bureau, etc.

Visa and work permit application for expatriates.

Operate in the System regarding employees' profiles and leave record.

Prepare all ground information for Home Office Reports i.e.; Turnover , Manning Guide, Staff List, Worker's Compensation Loss Control, Daily Application, etc.

Greet applicants and employees and handle all questions in a friendly manner.

Screen applicants, do reference checks, forward applications to Department Heads and Division Heads, mails, process new hires, and complete new hire files.

Generate and distribute all monthly reports including overdue performance reviews, birthday, MSDS training, new hire, and termination lists.

Handle employee requests, educational reimbursement submittals, name tag orders, disbursement of medical and dental forms.

Update and maintain the Resort's communication.

Track vacation, sick pay and comp night dates for each employee.

Coordinating all employee relations activities.

Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the office.

Maintain completed files for all current and terminated employees.

Maintain the job posting system and the turnover log and report.

Ensure all newly hired employees are correctly processed (orientation, payroll, references checked, offer letters etc.).

Ensure that the cafeteria is clean and well decorated during holidays and special events.

Ensure that the employee locker rooms are clean and orderly, and keep locker keys organized.
