รายละเอียดงาน (Job Description)
  • วางแผนและดำเนินการ Digital Marketing Campaign เพื่อสนับสนุนการรับสมัครนักเรียน (Enrollment & Admissions)
  • ดูแลและบริหารโฆษณาออนไลน์ (Paid Ads) เช่น Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads และแพลตฟอร์มอื่น ๆ
  • วางกลยุทธ์ SEO เพื่อเพิ่ม Organic Traffic และการมองเห็นของเว็บไซต์โรงเรียน
  • วิเคราะห์ Keyword, Search Intent และพฤติกรรมผู้ปกครอง เพื่อนำมาพัฒนา Content และ Landing Page
  • บริหารงบประมาณโฆษณาให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด (Cost per Lead / Cost per Enrollment)
  • ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Content, Graphic, Video และ Admissions เพื่อเพิ่ม Conversion Rate
  • ดูแลและปรับปรุง Landing Page, Form และ Funnel สำหรับการรับสมัครนักเรียน
  • วิเคราะห์และรายงานผลลัพธ์ของแคมเปญ เช่น Leads, Conversion Rate, CPA, ROI
  • ติดตามเทรนด์ Digital Marketing และปรับกลยุทธ์ให้เหมาะสมกับตลาดการศึกษา
  • รายงานผลการดำเนินงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาและผู้บริหารอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
  • วิเคราะห์ฐานข้อมูลและหาฐานข้อมูลลูกค้ากลุ่มเป้าหมายใหม่ๆ

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (Qualifications)

  • ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ ดิจิทัลมาร์เก็ตติ้ง หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Digital Marketing (Ads & SEO & Machine learning & Data Analyze) อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี
  • มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการทำ Paid Ads และการวิเคราะห์ผลโฆษณา
  • เข้าใจหลักการ SEO, Keyword Research และ Website Optimization
  • มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และการใช้เครื่องมือ เช่น Google Analytics, Google Search Console
  • เข้าใจ Marketing Funnel, Lead Generation และ Conversion Optimization
  • สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีม Content / Admissions ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  • หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Digital Marketing ในธุรกิจการศึกษา จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
