Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan, control, and monitor quality system activities to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
  2. Control and verify quality documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with the Document Control system.
  3. Prepare and coordinate documentation for internal audits, external audits, and customer assessments.
  4. Follow up on CAR/NC status and coordinate corrective actions with relevant functions.
  5. Collect customer complaint information and monitor progress of issue resolution.
  6. Oversee supplier quality control and evaluation, including supplier audit planning and quality issue follow-up.
  7. Assign tasks, supervise, and monitor the performance of team members.
  8. Summarize quality system performance and prepare reports for management review.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Printing & Packaging Technology, Polymer Engineering, Industrial Science, or related field.
  2. 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA Syste
  3. Knowledge of quality management standards such as ISO 9001, BRCGS, and GHP.
  4. Experience in Internal Audits and Supplier Audits.
  5. Competent in quality document control and Document Control system management.
  6. Strong coordination and reporting skills with an ability to communicate effectively across functions.
  7. Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
  8. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  9. Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
