หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities)

  1. การบริหารจัดการหน้าร้านและมาตรฐานบริการ (Store Operation & Quality Control)

  2. กำหนดมาตรฐานการบริการ (SOP) ตั้งแต่การตรวจสภาพหนังศีรษะ, ขั้นตอนการทำความสะอาด, การบำรุง จนถึงการดูแลปัญหาผมร่วง ให้เป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกันทุกสาขา

  3. ควบคุมดูแลทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญ (Scalp Therapists/Consultants) ให้มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และให้คำแนะนำที่แม่นยำและเป็นมืออาชีพ

  4. บริหารจัดการยอดขาย (Sales Target) ของสาขา และวางแผนโปรโมชั่นร่วมกับฝ่ายการตลาด

  5. การพัฒนาระบบแฟรนไชส์ (Franchise Development & Support)

  6. วางโครงสร้างระบบแฟรนไชส์ (Franchise Package) รวมถึงการกำหนดค่าธรรมเนียม, สัญญา และสิทธิประโยชน์ต่างๆ

  7. คัดเลือกและคัดกรองผู้ซื้อแฟรนไชส์ (Franchisee Selection) ที่มีศักยภาพและมีทัศนคติที่ตรงกับแบรนด์

  8. เป็นที่ปรึกษาและสนับสนุนผู้ร่วมธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์ในการตั้งค่าระบบร้าน, การฝึกอบรมพนักงาน และการบริหารจัดการช่วงเริ่มต้น

  9. การบริหารความรู้และนวัตกรรม (Technical Knowledge & Training)

  10. ร่วมกับฝ่ายผลิตภัณฑ์หรือทีมวิจัยในการคัดเลือกเทคโนโลยีและผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ๆ สำหรับการดูแลหนังศีรษะและเส้นผม

  11. จัดตั้งระบบการฝึกอบรม (Training Academy) เพื่อส่งต่อองค์ความรู้ด้านการดูแลเส้นผมแบบมืออาชีพให้แก่พนักงานและแฟรนไชส์ซอร์

  12. การบริหารความพึงพอใจและภาพลักษณ์แบรนด์ (CRM & Brand Image)

  13. บริหารจัดการระบบฐานข้อมูลลูกค้า (CRM) เพื่อวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมและทำโปรแกรมการดูแลต่อเนื่อง (Re-visit)

  14. รักษาภาพลักษณ์ของร้านให้ดูสะอาด ทันสมัย และน่าเชื่อถือในฐานะสถานพยาบาล/สถาบันดูแลสุขภาพเส้นผม

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร (Qualifications)

  • อายุ: ไม่เกิน 40 ปี (เพื่อความคล่องตัวในการลงพื้นที่ตรวจสาขาและแฟรนไชส์)
  • ประสบการณ์: * มีประสบการณ์ 8 ปีขึ้นไป ในธุรกิจ Beauty Wellness, คลินิกความงาม หรือธุรกิจที่มีระบบแฟรนไชส์
  • มีประสบการณ์ระดับบริหารที่เคยดูแลหลายสาขา (Multi-site Management) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • ความรู้เฉพาะทาง: มีความสนใจหรือมีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านสุขภาพหนังศีรษะ (Trichology) และผลิตภัณฑ์บำรุงเส้นผม
  • ทักษะธุรกิจ: มีความเข้าใจเรื่องสัญญาแฟรนไชส์, การบริหารกำไรขาดทุน (P&L) และการวางระบบมาตรฐาน SOP
  • บุคลิกภาพ: ดูดี มีความน่าเชื่อถือ และมีทักษะการสื่อสาร/การนำเสนอที่ยอดเยี่ยม
  • ทัศนคติ: มีแนวคิดแบบผู้ประกอบการ (Entrepreneurial Mindset) และมีความละเอียดรอบคอบสูง
