หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • วานแผนและดูทีมขายบนช่องทาง E-commerce ทุกแพลตฟอร์ม (Shopee,Lazada,Tiktok Shop,Website,Line OA) เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขาย

  • บริหารทีมและตรวจติดตามเพื่อเข้าร่วมแคมเปญของแต่ละแพลตฟอร์มอย่างต่อเนื่อง (Flash Sale,Mega Campaign,Brand Day)

  • ดูแลการจัดการสินค้า (Content,Pricing,Promotion) ให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน และสอดคล้องกับภาพลักษณ์แบรนด์

  • วางแผนและสนับสนุนกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย เช่น Live Streaming,Bundle Set

  • ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ตัวชี้วัดหลักของ E-commerce เช่น Conversion Rate (CR),AOV,CAC,ROAS

  • วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมลูกค้าเพื่อนำ Insight ไปพัฒนาสินค้า โปรโมชั่น และแผนการขาย

  • จัดทำรายงานยอดขาย และ Performance รายสัปดาห์/รายเดือน พร้อมข้อเสนอแนะ เชิงกลยุทธ์ให้ผู้บังคับบัญชา

  • ประเมินและพยากรณ์เบื้องต้นในความต้องการสินค้า เพื่อสนับสนุนการวางแผนสต๊อก

  • ตรวจสอบและควบคุมระดับสินค้าคงคลัง ป้องกันสินค้าขาดหรือค้างสต๊อก

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

  • ถ้ามีความเชี่ยวชาญใน Tiktok Shopee จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

  • มีประสบการณ์ในการยิง Ads

  • สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและใช้ Dashboard/Tools ของแพลตฟอร์ม E-commerce ได้

  • มีประสบการณ์ใน E-commerce ทั้ง Marketplae และ Social อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี

  • มีความเข้าใจ KPI สำคัญของ E-commerce (CR,AOV,CAC,ROAS)

  • มีความกระตือรือร้น ติดตามเทรนด์ E-commerce และ Digital Marketing

  • การศึกษา ปริญญาตรีสาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
