หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Job Responsibilities

• Work in the 24x7 (shift) of Enterprise Service Desk team
• Operate, analyses, proactive call and update progress Enterprise customer on "Link connection problem" within SLA time
• Monitoring, proactive call, update progress and troubleshooting on Enterprise Customer link connection problem and providing counsel on the network for EDS customers.
• Monitoring, proactive call, update progress and troubleshooting on CCII (Could , Cyber Security , IOT , ICT service) and mobile solution 1st tier engineer
• To do remote support under SI Maintenance
• Coordination with 3rd party vendors in case of software and hardware issues
• Coordinate with the relevant teams to investigate, follow up and solve the problem

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Qualification

• Age 22-27 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, related degree or equivalent experience.
• 0 - 3 years of work experience with User IT Support or Network Support
• Positive attitude, reliable and working time flexibility
• Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Having knowledge in cisco/raiscom/fiber home equipment will be advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft O365, Azure, Cloud platform
• Knowledge of Windows systems, Hardware, and Software
• Knowledge of Cyber Security, Email services
• Knowledge of CISCO products for IP Network /LAN /WAN
• Microsoft Certificate (for Senior)
• ITIL knowledge (would be an advantage)
• English communication is good
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills
• Good service minds and a good mindset
