Join Our Team as Senior Architect.

We're looking for passionate architects to join COLLAGE Design Studio — a creative design practice where architecture, interiors, and imagination meet.

Role Description:

  1. Perform quality control (QC) and assign tasks to architects in the team.

  2. Develop design drafts and details, review and coordinate drawings, perform QC, and prepare architectural and interior drawings for permit applications, bidding, and construction.

  3. Develop 3D models and plans based on the Director's input and pass them on to the team architects.

  4. Coordinate with clients together with the Director and pass work on to the team architects.

  5. Coordinate with government authorities.

  6. Coordinate with engineers.

  7. Coordinate between the design team and the construction site.

  8. Study and analyze building control and urban planning regulations to support architectural design.

  9. Supervise and inspect construction to ensure compliance with drawings and architectural standards.

  10. Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and drawing specifications.

  11. Prepare meeting reports and summaries.

  12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong passion for architectural design development, project management, and coordination of architectural and interior drawings for permit applications, bidding, and construction.

  2. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

  3. Possession of a professional architect license.

  4. 7–10 years of relevant work experience.

  5. Solid understanding of building laws and regulations related to construction permits.

  6. Basic knowledge of structural and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems.

  7. Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, D5, Revit BIM, and MS Office.

  8. Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
