Bitkub Exchange was established as a digital asset platform on 29 July 2016, licensed by the Ministry of Finance and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), secured with ISO 27001 standards and advisors who are ready to provide customer advice. The first day of operation of the company is on 9 May 2018.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Develop
    Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
    and
    System Requirement Specifications (SRS)
    to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and business users to design and implement solutions.
  • Design and review database structures
    to support system requirements and business processes.
  • Conduct system analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment of new systems or enhancements.
  • Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and user training.
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business System Analyst or in a related IT role.
  • Background in financial services or cryptocurrency is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — able to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
  • Proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo and propose new ideas.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities across various projects.
