IT Manager

Position:      IT Manager – Distribution Center / Warehouse /Logistic (50-70K)

Location:     Wangnoi - Ayutthaya

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor all system functions and services at the Distribution Center to ensure system availability and smooth business operations.
• Manage and control user access and authorization in line with IT security standards.
• Ensure IT standards and compliance are properly implemented at the site.
• Support teams in developing and deploying IT solutions while minimizing operational impact.
• Escalate critical issues and coordinate with vendors and external partners to resolve incidents promptly.
• Act as a business partner to build strong relationships between IT and other departments.
• Support professional development and succession planning within the IT team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in IT Operations with Warehouse management systems or Distribution Center business.
• Knowledge in WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan WMoS).
• Knowledge of automation technologies such as ASRS, sorter, pick-to-light, AGV, or RGV is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
