Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Account Executive, based in Bangkok. The Sales and Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with customers. Daily tasks include maintaining client communication, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to propose suitable IT solutions that meet client needs. The role will also involve managing customer inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Lead Generation and Account Management
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building abilities
- Commitment to delivering high-quality Customer Service
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and independently when needed
- Previous experience in IT solutions or technology-related sectors
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
