Job Description :

  • Create and develop engineering concepts, including structural analysis, optimization, and scenario studies.
  • Utilize CAE tools for simulation and analysis, followed by validation and evaluation through physical testing.
  • Conduct strength and performance development activities to ensure product reliability and performance targets.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners throughout the project development lifecycle.
  • Support engineering evaluations from concept phase through testing and final validation.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive , Mechanical , Tool & Material Engineering or related fields.
  • Open to new graduates.
  • Proficiency in English (TOEIC score of 600 or above).
  • GPAX 2.5 up
  • Experience with CAE tools (e.g., structural analysis, simulation) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with good problem-solving ability.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Japanese language proficiency is an advantage (JLPT N4 or above is preferred).
