Job Description:

  • Develop and execute marketing content for Monee's social channels
  • Assist in planning and maintaining the monthly content calendar, ensuring timely posting across platforms in collaboration with internal and regional teams
  • Create and adapt content in various formats such as static posts, short videos, captions, and simple visuals that suit platform best practices and align with brand guidelines
  • Conduct basic research on trends, competitors, and user insights to inspire new content ideas
  • Monitor daily channel activity including comments, messages, and community interactions, escalating key issues to the lead when needed
  • Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth and prepare weekly or monthly performance summaries
  • Assist with ad-hoc social media tasks for product launches, feature announcements, and branding initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
  • Familiarity with managing social platforms and creating content that drives engagement
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver quality work within deadlines
  • Good communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in English for both written and verbal communication
  • Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or digital environments is a plus
  • Basic proficiency in design or editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) is an advantage
