Establish, maintain, control, manage andimplement on Quality Control, Product Qualityand Safety and Quality & Food Safety System tocomply to Food law/Regulation, Food Quality& Safety Requirements, Company direction andCustomer expectation.
Manage, lead and supervise on Quality System and Food Safety System including certification program from certify body to meet regulatory requirement, company requirement and customer requirement such as BRCGS, GMP/HACCP and customer guideline etc.
3.Manage and supervise on religious certification (Halal, Halal MUI) including certification program from certify body to meet requirement, company requirement and customer requirement
Report in case of critical product quality and food safety relate to direct report. And communicate, coordinate, find root cause and action plan, with relevant party, to mitigate issue.
Supervise all relate to QA activities to complyto established documents
Manage on risk assessment of the incoming materials (raw materials, pack materials), In-line
product, finished product and cleaning chemicals to meet agreed specification and comply to law/regulatory and customer requirements.
Manage on customer inquiry and customercomplaint. Report in case of critical productquality and food safety relate to direct report.And communicate, coordinate, find root causeand action plan, with relevant party, to mitigateissue
Review and purpose for QA/FSQS resource to Activity todrive FSQS systemwell support on product quality, Quality systemand Food Safety system to QA TechnicalDirector/COO
Qualification
Education Background (Bachelor's Degree or higher on Food science, Chemical Science, Biotech or related Field)
Professional Experiences (Have an experience on Food Safety and Quality system management at least 10 years)
