IT Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's technology strategy in line with organizational goals.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies and practices to protect the organization from cyber threats and data breaches.
• Develop and manage the IT department budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Lead and oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement IT regulations and policies and ensure IT operations comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation within the organization.
• Provide technical support and solutions to end-users, resolving issues promptly.
• Other tasks as being assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in IT leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management position.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud computing
• Knowledge in:  ERP/ software/ Odoo
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong communication in English.
• Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CIO, CTO) are desirable.
