รายละเอียดงาน (Job Description)
  • จัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตรของโรงเรียน และมาตรฐานการศึกษาที่กำหนด
  • วางแผนการสอน จัดทำแผนการเรียนรู้ แผนการสอน และสื่อการเรียนการสอนที่เหมาะสม
  • ถ่ายทอดความรู้และพัฒนาทักษะของนักเรียนทั้งด้านวิชาการ ทักษะชีวิต และคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์
  • ประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน และจัดทำรายงานผลการเรียนตามระบบของโรงเรียน
  • ดูแลเอาใจใส่นักเรียน ส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมที่เหมาะสม และสร้างบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้เชิงบวก
  • ทำงานร่วมกับครูผู้สอน ทีมวิชาการ และฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการเรียนการสอน
  • เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของโรงเรียน เช่น กิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน กิจกรรมผู้ปกครอง และกิจกรรมพิเศษ
  • ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบ นโยบาย และจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู
  • พัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทั้งด้านวิชาการและวิชาชีพครู
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (Qualifications)
  • วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาวิชาที่สอนโดยตรง(เช่น คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ คณะคณิตศาสตร์ คณะอักษรศาสตร์ / ภาษาอังกฤษ ฯลฯ)
  • ไม่จำเป็นต้องจบครุศาสตร์หรือศึกษาศาสตร์/ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีใบประกอบวิชาชีพครู
  • มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพครู (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) หรือมีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์ที่โรงเรียนกำหนด
  • มีประสบการณ์สอน ติว สอนพิเศษ หรือถ่ายทอดความรู้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • มีประสบการณ์สอนจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (ยินดีรับครูจบใหม่)
  • มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การถ่ายทอดความรู้ และการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียน
  • มีใจรักในวิชาชีพครู รักเด็ก และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
  • สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี และเปิดรับการเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่
  • หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • สำหรับโรงเรียนนานาชาติ อาจพิจารณาคุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติมตามหลักสูตร
Position: Teacher (All Subjects / G7-12)
Job Description
  • Deliver effective teaching and learning in accordance with the school curriculum and educational standards.
  • Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and instructional activities appropriate to students' levels.
  • Support students' academic achievement, life skills, and character development.
  • Assess student progress and prepare academic reports in line with school policies.
  • Provide care, guidance, and positive classroom management to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with academic teams and relevant departments to improve teaching quality.
  • Participate in school activities, parent meetings, and student development programs.
  • Comply with school policies, regulations, and professional ethics.
  • Continuously develop professional knowledge and teaching skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject area(e.g., Science, Mathematics, English, or related disciplines).
  • A teaching degree is not required but qualifications as required by the school.
  • Valid teaching license (an advantage)
  • Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or academic instruction is an advantage.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
  • Teaching experience is an advantage; new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication, instructional, and classroom management skills.
  • Passion for teaching and working with students.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change.
  • English communication skills are an advantage.
  • Additional qualifications may be required for international school programs.
