Job Description

Job Summary:  Provide professional support to customers by answering inquiries and solving problems via phone, e-mail or letters.

Responsibilities:  1. Respond to customer enquiries on products and services, including account opening process, eligibility criteria for promotional offers, interest rates, repayment schemes and financial planning tools;
2. Promote and sell banking products and services, such as deposit accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance and investments;
3. Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products and services based on customer needs;
4. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and policies related to customer interaction and maintain high level of service quality and integrity;
5. Proactively identify areas of improvement to enhance overall customer experience and provide feedback to relevant departments within the Bank;
6. Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications:  1. Bachelor's degree in any field;
2. Excellent communication skills in English and Thai, both written and spoken;
3. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and establish long term relationships with clients;
4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team;
5. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
6. Preferably with previous working experience in customer facing role.
