About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our growing team at Gymmo, Thailand's leading fitness management SaaS platform. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining the backend systems that power our web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless integrations with payments (Stripe, PromptPay) and supporting add-on features for gyms across the country.

What You'll Do


• Design and develop APIs using for web ) and mobile (Flutter) apps


• Integrate with payment systems (Stripe, PromptPay) and other third-party services


• Manage and optimize queries in MySQL (RDS) for speed and reliability


• Build business logic for multi-location gyms, class bookings, and package tracking


• Collaborate with frontend and mobile engineers for end-to-end feature delivery


• Contribute to system architecture and AWS infrastructure improvements

What We're Looking For


• 5+ years of backend development experience )


• Strong knowledge of MySQL and scalable database schema design


• Familiarity with RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus)


• Hands-on with AWS services (ECS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.)


• Experience with payment systems (Stripe, PromptPay) is a big plus


• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork mindset
