Ticketing & Sales Officer (Phuket Airport )

Qualification:
·
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Ticketing Reservation on the Amadeus system and experience in Sales and Marketing of Airline Industry.
· Good command of writing and speaking in English.
· Strong teamwork and customer service skills. Knowledge of airport operations is a plus.
· High responsibility, work fast and accurately. Able to make decisions under time constraints.

Working Location Phuket Airport and can relocate to another place
Job description:
· Handle all ticketing and reservation processes on Amadeus system for both voluntary (issue, reissue, and refund) and involuntary cases (involuntary reissue).
· Perform as a Service Desk staff at the airport to collect payment and issue tickets, Electronic Miscellaneous Documents (EMD) for excess, upgrade, and other miscellaneous charges.
· Handle flight irregularities such as flight cancellations, delays, and aircraft technical problems.
· Assist Airport Operations and GHA if they need help or clarification with ticketing and reservation issues during the flights.
· Daily sales report preparation and cross-checking.
· To manage the Company's sales and marketing activities in Thailand, including liaison with travel agents, corporate customer, other airlines and business partners.
· Able to work on shift.
· Other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
