Responsibilities
  • Provide support and maintenance for SAP PP Module in production planning and order management processes.
  • Coordinate with Production, Planning, Store and Warehouse to resolve SAP-related issues.
  • Validate and maintain accuracy of Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Center, Material Master, etc.).
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system issues (incident handling, transaction errors).
  • Generate production reports and analytical data from SAP for management.
  • Provide basic training and guidance to Key Users and End Users.
  • Support development, improvement, and UAT for system roll-outs or enhancements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience with SAP PP Module.
  • Solid understanding of production processes (Production Order, MRP, Capacity Planning, Scheduling).
  • Knowledge of Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Center) and integration with other modules such as MM, SD, QM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic knowledge of ABAP (able to read/understand functional specs) is a plus.
  • Good command of English (able to read SAP documentation and communicate with vendors).
