Our client is an Insurance company.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with relevant teams to gather and prepare business and system requirements related to web and mobile applications.
  • Review Functional Specification (FS) documents to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Translate Functional Specifications into test plans, including detailed test cases and test scenarios.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and verify system functionality and UAT result evidence.
  • Log and clarify defects, update progress in the defect dashboard, and collaborate with regional and local teams to monitor defect resolution and reporting.
  • Prepare supporting documents such as UAT guidelines and user manuals.
  • Provide user training for new system modules during implementation.
  • Perform other assignments as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience at the Test Lead or Test Manager level.
  • Advanced knowledge of test planning, test strategy, and risk-based testing.
  • Experience with performance, security, and mobile application testing.
  • Proven ability to mentor and supervise testers and review test deliverables.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Skilled in documenting and reporting defects and metrics at a management level.
  • Thai native speaker with a good command of English.
