Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Operations Analyst. In this role, you will analyze operational processes, generate data-driven insights, and support the improvement of business efficiency. Responsibilities include conducting data analysis, preparing financial and operational reports, ensuring exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to optimize existing workflows. You will also assist in financial and accounting tasks to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in data analysis and problem-solving
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Knowledge and experience in Finance and Accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using analytical tools and software
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
