Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

ควบคุม ดูแล และให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายและกฎเกณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติงานให้แก่หน่วยงานและพนักงานของธนาคารและบริษัทในกลุ่มธุรกิจฯ รวมถึงติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล และหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกธนาคาร

Responsibilities:

· ควบคุม ดูแลให้การปฏิบัติงานของธนาคารและบริษัทในกลุ่มธุรกิจฯ เป็นไปตามกฎหมายและกฎเกณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เช่น กฎหมายว่าด้วยธุรกรรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ กฎหมายว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ กฎหมายว่าด้วยการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์ กฎหมายว่าด้วยระบบการชำระเงิน กฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการประกอบธุรกิจดิจิทัล และกฎเกณฑ์ของหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล เช่น ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย (ธปท.)สำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (ก.ล.ต.) สำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับและส่งเสริมการประกอบธุรกิจประกันภัย (คปภ.) สำนักงานพัฒนาธุรกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (สพธอ.)

· ให้คำปรึกษา/แนะนำกฎหมายและกฎเกณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติงานให้แก่หน่วยงานและพนักงาน ระบุและประเมินความเสี่ยงด้านการปฏิบัติตามกฎเกณฑ์ รวมถึงร่วมกำหนดกระบวนการ/วิธีปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย กฎเกณฑ์ของหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล และกฎเกณฑ์ของธนาคารและบริษัทในกลุ่มธุรกิจฯ

· ติดตามการออกกฎหมายและกฎเกณฑ์ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ พร้อมสื่อความหรือจัดอบรมให้แก่หน่วยงานและพนักงานให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในกฎหมาย กฎเกณฑ์ของหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล

· ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล และหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกธนาคาร

· ดูแลให้การรายงานธุรกรรมต่าง ๆ ไปยังหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลถูกต้องครบถ้วนและภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ:

· สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี การจัดการ การธนาคาร กฎหมาย หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

· มีทักษะการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ (Critical Thinking/ Analytical Thinking) ความเข้าใจและใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล (Digital literacy) การจัดการตนเอง (Self-management) การทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น (Interpersonal Skill)

· มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในด้าน IT Governance/ IT Risk Management/ IT Compliance ในธุรกิจด้านการเงิน การธนาคาร ตลาดทุน เทคโนโลยี อย่างน้อย 2 ปี

· มีความรู้กฎหมายและกฎเกณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ กฎหมายว่าด้วยระบบการชำระเงิน กฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการประกอบธุรกิจดิจิทัล
