Position:  Procurement Officer (MRO, Indirect Material)

Location: Silom Complex Building, BTS Saladaeng or MRT Silom

Job Description:

  • Support indirect purchasing system for Thai Panasonic Group.
  • Create and maintain catalog items details in the system.
  • Update master data and supplier details in the system.
  • Basic countermeasures for an indirect purchase system.
  • Source suppliers, develop suppliers, and build mutual beneficial relationships with suppliers.
  • Mark price comparison.
  • Follow up expedites and negotiates changes relate to delivery and supplier.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Logistics or other related field.
  • At least 1-3 years in indirect procurement preferably gained in a trading or manufacturing  background.
  • New graduates are welcome.
  • Proficiency in MS Office( Excel , Word and PowerPoint)
  • Good  command in English with writing and speaking.
  • Able to work under pressure with service mind
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
