HR Supervisor

• Supervise overall HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR administration.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate manpower planning with each department to support business needs.
• Oversee employee records, contracts, attendance, and HRIS data accuracy.
• Coordinate with payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll information.
• Handle employee relations issues, support disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Plan and execute annual training plan, track training hours, and maintain training records.
• Support performance appraisal process and follow-up on performance improvement plans.
• Ensure HR operations comply with Thai labor laws and company regulations.
• Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, recruitment status, and training summaries.
• Supervise and coach HR staff to ensure effective workflow.
• Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
• Support HR projects such as HRMS implementation and process improvement.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by HR Manager.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in HR Management, Political Science or related field
• Good knowledge of Thai labor law and regulations
• Hands on, self-motivated and can work independently with utmost confidentiality and trust.
• Good in English communication skills is a must
• Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Capable to act as a business partner and implement relevant initiative to support the growth of the business.
