SHE Specialist

Location: 304 Industrial Park, Prachinburi

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our site security and contractor safety efforts, ensuring compliance with international standards and enhancing workplace safety.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure site physical security meets C-TPAT and ISO 28000 standards.
• Manage contractor safety programs and workplace safety improvements.
• Develop and implement safety procedures and emergency preparedness plans.
• Lead the maintenance of security certifications.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in environmental or occupational health and safety, or a related field.
• 3+ years in ISO Management, document control, and contractor safety management.
• 3 – 5 years working experiences on Safety and OHS management in factory
• Strong background in site security management (CCTV, access control).
• Experience in ergonomics and workplace monitoring.
• Ability to create and implement safety procedures.
• Good communication in Thai and English (TOEIC 500+).
• Knowledge of basic statistical analysis and ISO auditing.
