Job description:

Responsibilities:

  • Deploy Hypervisor security patch on platforms.
  • Provisioning and Decommissioning H/W both in physical and virtualized environment
  • Handle VM administrative tasks on VMWare VSI and VDI platform.
  • Apply security hardening and remediate VA scan finding.
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of system availability system Health monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions
  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
  • Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for system failover both planned and unplanned downtime
  • System Document Management (System Diagram, Process flow etc.)

Profile description:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other related fields
  • At least 5 years of related professional experience in System Engineer or System Admin of 100 servers or above environment.
  • Solid experience with Virtualization and Hyper-Converge in VMWare platform.
  • VMWare certificate is preferable.
  • Understanding in OSI network layers, TCP/IP
  • Familiar with ITIL framework.
  • Good command both spoken and written English.
  • Good interpersonal skill and service mind.
