• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting.


• At least 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with minimum 2–3 years

in a supervisory or managerial role.


• Strong knowledge of Thai GAAP, tax regulations, and cost accounting principles.


• Experience with month-end/year-end closing, financial reporting, and tax filing.


• Solid understanding of AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and inventory management.


• Proficiency in accounting systems such as Odoo, Express, or other ERP software.


• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g. PivotTable, VLOOKUP, formulas).


• Experience liaising with auditors, Revenue Department, and government authorities.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ


• Oversee overall accounting and finance operations to ensure that all transactions are accurately

recorded in accordance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.


• Prepare and review balance sheet and profit & loss reconciliations, manage monthly and yearend

closing processes, and provide necessary accrual and adjustment entries to ensure accurate

and timely submissions.


• Review and ensure compliance with all tax filings and prepare estimate half year and annual

corporate tax returns.


• Prepare and analyze monthly cost reports, including cost of production (raw materials,

packaging, wages), repair & maintenance, and other related operating expenses.


• Liaise with external auditors, the Revenue Department, and other government authorities as

required.


• Monitor and review all records related to Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR),

Fixed Assets, and Cost Centers.


• Oversee fixed asset management, including monthly depreciation calculations and physical asset

counts.


• Conduct physical inventory cycle counts and coordinate inventory destruction procedures in

compliance with company policies.


• Review the accuracy of VAT and withholding tax reports and ensure timely submissions.


• Supervise and develop the Finance & Accounting team to improve efficiency in responding to

internal and external stakeholders.


• Provide financial insights and respond to inquiries from senior leadership and cross-functional

managers regarding financial results and special reporting needs.


• Support the CFO and Finance Controller with ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.
