Our systems currently support multiple countries and are evolving to meet growing demand and complexity.
About the RoleWe are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team and drive the vision and execution of our core products. This role is perfect for someone passionate about product discovery, solving real-world problems, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, user-centered healthcare technology. You'll be at the forefront of transitioning legacy systems to modern, agile processes while collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
You will work remotely but must be based in Thailand and fluent in both Thai and English to support communication with our local and global teams.
What You'll Do- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of product features with a focus on improving user experiences and driving value for both users and stakeholders.
- Work closely with engineering and UX teams to ensure alignment between technical capabilities and product requirements.
- Develop a deep understanding of Pulse's product offerings, the needs of our diverse users, and the unique challenges of providing inclusive healthcare.
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap while balancing business priorities with technical feasibility.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of product goals, timelines, and progress.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to assess the legacy code and identify opportunities for modernization and optimization.
- Help identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for product success, and track these metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage product backlog, ensuring that tasks and features are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered in a timely manner within Agile sprints.
- Educate and align internal stakeholders on product updates, progress, and roadmap.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment, preferably with a focus on healthcare or tech products.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering product features iteratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centered mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product goals and requirements to technical and non-technical teams alike.
- Fluency in both Thai and English (written and spoken) is essential for communication with local stakeholders and team members.
- Experience with product management tools like Jira, roadmapping software, and collaboration platforms.
- A passion for inclusive healthcare and a drive to improve the user experience for marginalized communities, particularly the LGBTQ+ population.
- Experience with healthtech products or services, particularly in sexual healthcare or similar fields.
- Familiarity with legacy system modernization and the technical challenges of transitioning from outdated to modern software architectures.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making, with an understanding of analytics tools and techniques for measuring product success.
- Knowledge of or interest in DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure management concepts, as they relate to product development.
Why Join Pulse?
- Be part of a mission-driven company that is revolutionizing sexual healthcare for the LGBTQ+ community in Southeast Asia.
- Lead the development of products that make a tangible difference in people's lives, especially in underserved communities.
- Work in a fully remote, flexible environment with a diverse, globally distributed team.
- Help define the direction of a rapidly growing company with plenty of room for personal and professional growth.
Pulse is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. We particularly encourage LGBTQ+ individuals and those passionate about improving healthcare for marginalized communities to apply.
