Business: Japanese Consulting Company, They provide comprehensive consulting, researching and business advising services to assist MNC clients especially Japanese companies with smooth business expansion including Thailand and Neighboring countries.

Job responsibilities

As a Senior Management Consultant, you will collaborate on designing business strategies, improving operations, and developing industry solutions. Work directly with the Head of Consulting to drive projects, mentor junior consultants, and deliver high-impact recommendations that create measurable business value in a collaborative environment. Throughout the year, there're a lot of financial project assigned.

  1. Strategic Consulting

  2. Lead complex client engagements from problem definition to implementation

  3. Develop data-driven strategies and solutions at top-tier consulting standards
  4. Perform financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development
  5. Identify market trends and growth opportunities

  6. Create and refine high-quality deliverables, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic alignment with related stakeholders.

  7. Client Engagement

  8. Build client relationships at multiple organizational levels

  9. Present strategic recommendations to senior executives

  10. Translate analytical findings into actionable insights

  11. Team Leadership

  12. Guide junior consultants on analytical approaches

  13. Lead project workstreams and ensure timely delivery

  14. Work with the Head of Consulting on practice development

  15. Other administrative duties

  16. Prepare client proposals, contracts, and estimates

  17. Manage project documentation and reporting
  18. Handle administrative tasks to support project delivery

Qualification:

  • Over 3 years of experience in Consulting firm, deliver investment banking, strategic planning, business analysis, or corporate strategy projects.
  • Fluent in English, excellent in communication and presentation
  • Experienced lead or Mentor juniors is a plus
  • Experienced handling Japanese client or work experience in Japanese company
