คุณสมบัติทั่วไป

- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขาวิศวกรรม (เช่น เครื่องกล, ไฟฟ้า, อุตสาหการ, คอมพิวเตอร์ ฯลฯ)

มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านวิศวกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3–7 ปีขึ้นไป

- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างานหรือผู้นำทีมมาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

- มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกร (กว.) หากงานต้องการ (เช่น ไฟฟ้า/โยธา)

- ใช้โปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ เช่น AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PLC, Project Management Tools

- สื่อสารและประสานงานกับทีมและหน่วยงานอื่นได้ดี

- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษระดับสื่อสารได้ (ขึ้นกับองค์กร)

- ทักษะทางเทคนิค (Technical Skills)

- ความรู้ด้านระบบ/เครื่องจักร/โครงสร้าง/ไฟฟ้า/กระบวนการผลิต (ขึ้นกับสาขา)

- ความเข้าใจด้าน Preventive Maintenance (PM), Troubleshooting, หรือ Lean / Kaizen

- ความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาเชิงเทคนิคและใช้ข้อมูลประกอบการตัดสินใจ

- วางแผนงานวิศวกรรมและควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานภาคสนาม

- ตรวจสอบมาตรฐานคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- ทักษะด้านการบริหารจัดการ (Supervisory / Leadership Skills)บริหารทีมงานวิศวกรและช่างเทคนิค

จัดทำตารางงาน วางแผนทรัพยากร และควบคุมงานให้เป็นไปตาม KPI

- ให้คำปรึกษาและพัฒนาทีมงาน

บริหารโครงการ (Project Management)

รับผิดชอบการประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุง ผู้รับเหมา หรือ Supplier

- ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities)

ควบคุมงานวิศวกรรมให้เป็นไปตามแผนและมาตรฐาน

แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและสนับสนุนทีมงาน

ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพเครื่องจักร/ระบบ

จัดทำรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานและนำเสนอผู้บริหาร

ควบคุมงบประมาณของโครงการและการซ่อมบำรุง
