Position: Account Manager / Marketing Manager

Job Purpose

To manage key accounts and develop marketing strategies for hospitality and property businesses, ensuring brand consistency, revenue growth, and effective coordination between corporate and business units.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for hospitality and property business units
  • Manage relationships with hotels, restaurants, and property teams
  • Coordinate marketing plans, campaigns, and budgets for each account
  • Monitor performance and provide regular updates to management

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline)
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ensure brand consistency across all hospitality and property projects

Corporate Coordination

  • Work closely with Corporate teams (Sales, Revenue, Finance, Operations)
  • Support new hotel / property launches, promotions, and special projects
  • Prepare marketing presentations, reports, and performance analysis

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track marketing performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data and insights
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 3–7 years of experience in Account Management or Marketing, preferably in hospitality or property
  • Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills
  • Good understanding of hospitality and real estate markets
  • Proficient in English and Thai
  • Able to work in a corporate environment with multiple stakeholders
