Your new role

As HRD Manager, you will define and execute the department's operational targets and annual plans, serving as the roadmap for HR development initiatives. Your responsibilities include:

• Define departmental goals and annual operational plans.
• Monitor and control HRD functions to ensure alignment with targets and ISO standards.
• Support and oversee Learning & Development, and Performance Management System
• Design and deliver learning courses, content, and materials tailored to business needs.
• Implement competency-based recruitment and talent mapping strategies.
• Analyse processes to identify problems or opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement solutions or initiatives to enhance efficiency and engagement.
• Manage PMS dashboards and drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Coach and consult HR staff to ensure systematic execution of tasks.
• Evaluate staff performance and create development plans for improvement.
• Manage HRD costs effectively within defined budgets.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and HR best practices.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Development or related field.
• Strong HRD background with proven experience in Learning & Development.
• Ability to design learning programs, content, and materials.
• Expertise in competency-based recruitment and talent mapping.
• Experience in PMS, including dashboards and engagement strategies.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good understanding of manufacturing environments from any industry.
• Creativity in developing customised initiatives and managing projects.
