We're looking for an experienced Regulatory Affairs professional who can ensure full FDA compliance and
partner with our product and marketing teams to bring safe, mom-friendly products to market.

This is a hybrid role that combines
regulatory leadership
with
hands-on product marketing support
, perfect for someone who wants broader exposure beyond paperwork.

What You'll Do

Regulatory Affairs (Core Focus)

  • Lead all regulatory approvals for Thailand, including packaging, labeling, ingredients, and product claims.
  • Manage end-to-end Thailand FDA registration/notification processes.
  • Liaise directly with Thailand FDA officers to clarify requirements and secure approvals.
  • Review all marketing claims, ad copy, livestream scripts, and campaigns to ensure full compliance with FDA & OCPB guidelines.
  • Maintain an organized regulatory database for all SKUs and monitor regulatory changes.
  • Ensure import documents, OCPB stickers, and product labels carry accurate importer details.

Product & Marketing Support (Secondary Scope)

  • Partner with the Product Team to prepare documentation and information for new SKUs.
  • Review and refine product claims, benefits, and communication before launch.
  • Support competitive research (claims, ingredients, regulatory comparison).
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure campaigns are both compelling and compliant.
  • Provide clear regulatory guidance to commercial and marketing teams before launches.

Quality & Operations

  • Coordinate product testing with suppliers or local labs for FDA compliance.
  • Support importation/customs documentation with 3PL and supply chain teams.
  • Assist distributors and retail partners (Central, Boots, Watsons, pharmacies) with product compliance files.

Who You Are

Minimum 2 years of experience
in regulatory affairs, QA, or compliance for
cosmetics, food supplement, FMCG, or medical-related products
.

  • Hands-on experience dealing with
    Thailand FDA
    (registration, notification, claims review).
  • Strong understanding of ingredient regulations and claim restrictions.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined in documentation.
  • Comfortable collaborating with product, marketing, commercial, and supply teams.
  • Good communication skills in Thai & English.
  • Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Science, Biology, or related field preferred.
