Area Manager

The Area Manager will be a key operational and commercial leader, responsible for the performance and profitability of a cluster of hospital branches within an assigned region. This position requires a strong focus on sales growth, operational excellence, and sustainable P&L performance, while maintaining the brand's reputation for luxury service and premium patient experience.
Key Responsibilities (KRs):Sales and Financial Performance (P&L Management):
- Take full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for all assigned branches, ensuring cost efficiency and revenue optimization.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales and profitability targets.
- Analyze sales performance, KPIs, and financial data to identify business opportunities and implement improvement initiatives.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple branches (starting with 5 sites and expanding up to 10 sites), ensuring operational consistency and compliance.
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all locations to uphold uniform service standards and operational integrity.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to evaluate service quality, cleanliness, compliance, and staff performance.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch management teams to build a high-performance, service-driven culture.
- Oversee workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing and productivity across all sites.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Corporate Head Office and individual branches to ensure alignment of goals and execution.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of managerial experience, including at least 3 years in an Area or Multi-Site Management role.
- Proven experience in organizations with extensive branch networks and standardized operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full P&L, drive sales growth, and enhance operational efficiency across multiple sites.
- Strong expertise in SOP development and implementation within a service-focused environment.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities, with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Willingness to travel frequently to monitor and support assigned branches.
