To lead the Experience Design & Process Automation team in driving holistic experience transformation across stakeholder journeys—from farm to table—covering both digital and operational touchpoints. The role ensures total experience excellence by integrating UX/UI design, process innovation, and automation to enhance satisfaction, usability, and business performance. Success is reflected in improved stakeholder experience (e.g., NPS) and measurable efficiency gains across key processes.

Responsibility


•   Define and execute the experience transformation roadmap, identifying high-impact opportunities across the stakeholder ecosystem (employees, partners, customers, and farmers).


•   Lead cross-functional collaboration to design, simplify, and automate processes that elevate stakeholder journeys and service experiences.


•   Guide the integration of UX/UI, process design, and automation into digital and data initiatives to ensure seamless and human-centered outcomes.


•   Oversee and review experience design standards for digital and data products, ensuring alignment with branding, accessibility, and usability principles.


•   Collaborate with other transformation functions to ensure experience excellence is embedded across project lifecycle—from ideation to delivery and adoption.


•   Measure and track stakeholderexperience metrics (e.g., NPS, adoption, satisfaction) and ensure continuous improvement.


•   Coach and develop team members to strengthen design thinking, process innovation, and technical integration capability.


•   Foster a culture of innovation and co-creation to continuously improve digital touchpoints and operational experience.


•   Present insights, findings, and transformation outcomes to the VP – Digital Transformation and relevant business leaders.

Requirement


•   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.


•   Minimum 7 years of experience in digital transformation, UX/UI design, process improvement, or automation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.


•   Proven experience leading cross-functional experience transformation or process redesign projects that deliver measurable user and business value.


•   Strong understanding of design thinking, service design, UX/UI, and process automation methodologies.


•   Knowledge of Business Process Management, RPA, and workflow tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate).


•   Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills focused on user-centered outcomes.


•   Exceptional collaboration, communication, and influence skills to engage both creative and technical stakeholders.


•   Leadership capability to inspire multi-disciplinary teams and cultivate a culture of innovation and empathy.
