We are looking for Network Team Lead (English Speaking)
Work Location: BTS Asoke (Onsite 100%)
- Lead the planning, deployment, and management of LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, and cloud networking solutions.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
- Manage network security including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controls.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to develop network strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee network upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., ISO, GDPR).
- Maintain documentation of network architecture, configurations, and procedures.
- Mentor and guide network engineers and support staff.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies.
- Participate in incident response and disaster recovery planning.
- Carry out scheduled activities like configuration changes, firmware upgrades, and patch management.
- Work with change and problem management tools and ticketing systems.
- Perform routine network administration activities and monitor network usage.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar network technologies.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, BGP/EIGRP routing, NAT, PBR, QoS concepts.
- Thorough knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with Checkpoint/Palo Alto firewalls, F5 Load Balancer, IPS/IDP systems.
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG).
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Cisco ACI experience is an advantage (conceptual knowledge acceptable).
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English, with leadership abilities.
- Experience managing hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:
- May require occasional travel to remote sites.
- On-call support and rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, may be required.
- Ability to work in a 24x7 environment (standby).
