Job Purpose:

Support and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems at the Data Centre construction site. Ensure works are completed according to design drawings, specifications, and safety standards, while coordinating effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients in both Thai and English.

1. Site Supervision & Support

  • Monitor daily site activities related to HVAC installation and mechanical works.
  • Support senior engineers in supervising subcontractors and technicians.
  • Ensure work complies with design drawings, technical specifications, and project schedule.

2. Technical Support

  • Assist in reviewing shop drawings and method statements.
  • Support testing & commissioning activities of HVAC systems.
  • Identify and report technical issues or discrepancies at site.

3. Quality & Safety Control

  • Check that materials, equipment, and installation methods meet project standards.
  • Support quality inspections and documentation of HVAC works.
  • Ensure adherence to site safety procedures and EHS requirements.

4. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Architectural).
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for HVAC-related works.
  • Communicate effectively in English with consultants, clients, and expatriate staff.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
  • Maintain records of work activities, inspections, and test results.
  • Support handover documentation and as-built drawings.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in mechanical/HVAC construction projects (new graduates welcome).
  • Good knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and testing procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to speak and write English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (basic).
  • Team player, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Thai Nationality only.
