Personal Assistant (2-year fixed term contract with possibilities to extend contract or turn into permanent)
- Schedule and Meeting Management:
Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements, including preparing documents and following up on all key meeting outcomes. - Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to identify key insights and opportunities that support strategic decision-making. - Presentation Development:
Design and create clear, accurate, and compelling presentations for both internal and external stakeholders. - Communication and Information Management:
Serve as a central coordination point and manage both internal and external communications, including handling confidential documents and information. - Project and Special Assignment Management:
Manage assigned projects or ad-hoc tasks to ensure successful completion within designated goals and timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or other related fields
- At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in related roles
Knowledge / Skills
- Understanding of marketing and/or sales functions
- Ability to analyze various types of data
- Ability to create and structure presentation materials
- Ability to use English for work
